How to become obese

Waist to hip ratio calculator

Waist to hip ratio is used to assess the health risks associated with central obesity. A higher ratio indicates increased risk of developing cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.

You need two measurements in order to calculate waist hip ratio.
